I am very excited to launch Microsoft Teams integration officially. We now support not just Outlook Calendar for scheduled calls but can now join all Microsoft Teams ad-hoc calls that you join.

Second,

we've also added one of our most requested features, the ability to copy transcripts out of BuildBetter. But, of course, we did it in a very BuildBetter way with deep linking back into BuildBetter for you to listen to each segment on the transcript; it's really elegant and a great experience (located in the ••• at the top of a call).

New Features

Microsoft Teams Integration now available to all users.
Copy Transcript Functionality: You can now easily copy the transcript from the call page. This will make it easier to share and reference important call information.

Improvements

Join Dialog Update: The join dialog now includes a list of supported platforms. This will provide clarity on compatibility and ensure smoother call integration.
Tag Visual Update: Tags that are auto-generated are now visually distinctive. This will help users quickly identify and manage automatic tags.
Zoom Account Name Cleanup: We now remove special characters and parentheses from names on Zoom accounts. This ensures cleaner data so we can tie the right Zoom account to the right users in BuildBetter.
Free Plan Call Query Limit: Removed the 1-month limit on the free plan for call queries. This opens up more data accessibility for our free plan users.

Bug Fixes

Fixed summaries not loading for some users
Uploads were stalling and not processing for some users
Call Previews weren't running for some users
Call Preview photos were not loading for some users
Adhoc Bot Issue: Fixed an issue where the Adhoc bot was not joining calls. Bot should now consistently join as expected.
UI Response: Resolved an issue where hitting 'regenerate' on a summary did not receive a response from the UI. The UI should now properly respond to the 'regenerate' action.
Sentry Errors Separation: Separated sentry errors in the encoder from the Typescript worker. This aids in better error identification and resolution.
Custom Action Handler: Added a custom action handler for joining a meeting with a URL. Also, the system now shows a proper error message if an incorrect URL is used. This will help prevent failed attempts to join a meeting due to incorrect URLs.
Scheduled Task Events Tracking: We've added tracking for scheduled task events to better understand and improve task scheduling functionality.
