3.5.1
New
- Adding support for CSV data visualization in Signals (Beta)
- Slack Integration: Setup workflows to post call summaries directly in a Slack channel when a call is done (currently in Beta)
- Added Workspace stats to homepage
- Custom document templates (currently invite only)
Signal UI Improvements:
- Showing all meta data on signal extraction card
- Allow users to pick Y-axis data (topic, theme, keyword, sentiment, etc.)
- Clicking between extraction types does not auto-select the first clip so the player doesn’t load
- Remove theme as a filter property as it’s no longer supported
- Hide topics, themes, and keywords that are not part of the current version
- Show how many items are in each topic
- Show available options of each filter based on current filters/data
- Only show “managed” personas as filter options
- Add “select all” to topics, themes, and keywords
- Filter by interaction for themes/topics/keywords
- Fixed bar chart
- Verify that personas are actually working on signal extractions
Improvements
- Upgrade to new login method for Google Meets Bots
- Merge people should disable the integrations that are being deleted
- Modifying the task scheduler selects to use the select component from design system (fixes select drop downs on windows)
- Improved onboarding for work emails
Fixes
- Fixed issues with topic extraction in signals not working correctly
- Soft delete instead of hard delete interviews on failure
- Fixed issue where summaries were not populating in staging
- Fixed call metadata extraction failing for some organizations
- Inviting team members from the assignment flow is just broken and doesn’t work
- Search added to people section
- Fixed permission queries and enhance context retrieval (chat)
- Chat citations now go to an exact moment in a call
- Additional fixes to auth system
- Logout button can get into weird state where user is missing and whole UI is broken (logout unblocks user).
- We now when network is restored just refresh the app vs attempting to reauth
- Make sure that incremental Gong call imports are working as intended
